1. Inquiry and Product Selection

Please send us your inquiry with the product type you are interested in, such as a 4G or 5G smartphone, a feature phone, or an accessory item. To help us evaluate your request quickly, we recommend sharing as much detail as possible, including target model, preferred screen size, memory configuration, camera requirements, battery capacity, material, color, operating system, logo placement, packaging style, and estimated order quantity.

If you are not sure which model best suits your market, our team can recommend suitable options based on your target customer group, price range, and intended use. 2. Customization and Quotation

After reviewing your inquiry, we will prepare a quotation based on the product specifications, customization requirements, and order volume. For accessories such as chargers, adapters, data cables, screen protectors, and phone cases, quotation will also reflect material options, compatibility, and branding requirements.

3. Order Confirmation

For customized projects, we may ask you to review design files, text content, logo position, and packing details before production begins. Clear confirmation at this stage helps ensure that the final products match your expectations and market requirements.

4. Payment Terms

5. Production and Quality Check

After payment and order confirmation are received, production will begin according to the approved specifications.
